This states to book an appointment, a card will be held on file. If you find you have to cancel your appointment. Please cancel more than 2 days before the day of your appointment. If appointments are not cancelled within this designated time frame, I understand my account/card will be charged 50% of your service total. If you cancel the day before, or no show, regardless of reason, you will be charged 100% of the total of services booked. Being more than 15 minutes late is considered a no show, and you will not be serviced, while incurring a 100% charge as well. Juliann Farris Hair does not offer refunds.*
If you are unhappy with a part of your service, please reach out to me within 7 days. I‘d be happy to address any issues that come arise.
After 7 days, the service correction will no longer apply and will be charged accordingly.
Please note: “A change of mind” is not a qualified Service adjustment, and will be charged accordingly. Thank you for respecting my business and I will provide with the best possible service!
